Day 1:

After the class, savor the fruits of your labor with a relaxed lunch featuring the very dishes you’ve prepared.

In the afternoon, enjoy free time to explore the elegant Galleria Cavour, Bologna’s premier luxury shopping destination. Browse exclusive Italian and international boutiques at your leisure.

Return to your accommodation to unwind and enjoy the rest of your evening at your own pace.

Day 3: 

Begin your day with breakfast at your accommodation, then meet your private driver and set off for an unforgettable gastronomic journey.

Your first stop is Acetaia Malagoli, a historic balsamic vinegar estate nestled in the countryside. At 9:30 AM, take part in a private guided tour through the traditional vinegar cellar, where you’ll learn about the centuries-old methods of crafting IGP-certified balsamic vinegar, followed by a curated tasting.

Continue to a nearby Salumificio, where you’ll enjoy a behind-the-scenes look at the production of Emilia-Romagna’s famed cured meats. Your visit culminates in a rustic lunch showcasing the region’s specialties.

In the afternoon, head into the picturesque Modena hills for a visit to a family-run winery. Enjoy a guided tour of the estate and its vineyards, concluding with a tasting of select local wines.

At around 3:00 PM, return to Bologna for a restful evening at your accommodation.

Day 4: 

After breakfast, enjoy your remaining time in Bologna at leisure. Whether you choose to take a final stroll through the city, shop for local delicacies, or sip an espresso in a quiet café, take in the last moments of your stay.

At the appropriate time, your private transfer will accompany you to Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport (BLQ) or Bologna Centrale railway station (Bo C.le) for your departure.
